We're looking for a Senior SAP Service Consultant to join Vincit and help our customers design, implement, and evolve service management solutions across SAP ECC CS, SAP S/4HANA Service, and related service ecosystems.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, helping customers navigate service transformations and make the right choices for their future service landscape.

What is the job like, really?

Our SAP customer portfolio is broad and diverse, ranging from targeted development initiatives to larger transformation programs. Many of our customers are currently evaluating how to modernize their service management capabilities, whether through SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Field Service Management, or hybrid landscapes involving multiple systems and custom applications.

You'll work in both advisory and delivery roles, helping customers understand business requirements, shape solution designs, configure SAP, and support successful deployments.

Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

☘️ Leading discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions: Facilitate discussions with business and IT stakeholders to understand service processes, requirements, and future needs.

☘️ Designing practical SAP Service solutions: Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs across SAP ECC CS, SAP S/4HANA Service, and related service ecosystems.

☘️ Configuring and implementing SAP solutions: Work hands-on with SAP configuration and support implementation activities from design through deployment.

☘️ Driving integrations and end-to-end processes: Support the design of integrations between SAP and external platforms such as Salesforce, field service tools, and customer-specific applications.

☘️ Supporting deployments and hypercare: Help ensure successful go-lives, troubleshoot issues, and support customers during stabilization phases.

What are we looking for?

You'll do well in this role if you enjoy combining business discussions with hands-on SAP work. You're comfortable facilitating workshops, challenging assumptions, and helping customers find practical solutions to complex service management challenges.

You thrive in situations where there isn't always a single right answer and enjoy taking ownership from the first workshop through implementation and production support.

Experience and skills we value

🎯 5+ years of experience working with SAP ECC CS and/or SAP S/4HANA Service

🎯 Strong experience in SAP Service process design, configuration, and consulting

🎯 Experience facilitating workshops and working directly with business stakeholders

🎯 Understanding of service-related business processes such as service-to-cash, field service, contract management, or resource billing

🎯 Strong understanding of SAP integrations and interfaces (e.g. APIs, OData, IDocs)

🎯 Experience supporting solutions through implementation, deployment, and stabilization

🎯 Excellent communication skills in English

It's a strong plus if you have:

🎯 Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)

🎯 Experience with SAP Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) procesess

🎯 Experience with Salesforce integrations or other service management platforms

🎯 Experience working in hybrid SAP landscapes

🎯 Professional proficiency in Finnish
