We’re looking for a SAP FICO Consultant to join Vincit and work on SAP projects of varying size and complexity – from focused implementations to larger business transformations.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with SAP FI/CO while collaborating closely with customers and expert teams to deliver high-quality solutions that truly support business needs.

What is the job like, really?

Our SAP customer portfolio is broad and diverse, and the work varies from targeted development tasks to large transformation programs. You’ll work in both multi-vendor environments and projects where Vincit takes full delivery responsibility – ranging from small-scale enhancements and roll-outs to continuous support.

Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

☘️ Working hands-on with SAP FICO: You take ownership of FI/CO-related development, configuration, and maintenance tasks

☘️ Designing and improving solutions: You contribute to system definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial processes

☘️ Collaborating with customers: You work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions

☘️ Supporting delivery teams: You act as a trusted expert within project teams and help ensure high-quality outcomes

☘️ Contributing to presales when needed: You support solution design and bring your expertise into customer discussions

You’re also curious and eager to continuously learn – whether it’s the latest in SAP or AI – and enjoy sharing knowledge within the team. Your background

🎯 Several years of experience in SAP modules, preferably FI and CO, combined with a solid understanding of financial management processes through education and/or practical experience

🎯 Hands-on experience with SAP (including S/4HANA) in implementation, development, or maintenance

🎯 Experience working with customers and understanding business processes

🎯 Strong teamwork and communication skills, combined with a business-oriented mindset

🎯 Excellent communication skills in Finnish and/or English

It’s a strong plus if you have experience

🎯Designing and integrating SAP S/4 or other ERP systems with reporting, commerce, procurement, or CX solutions, as well as other SAP functionalities such as sales, purchasing, and warehousing

🎯 With S/4HANA Public Cloud and Fiori

🎯 Working in customer-facing roles (e.g. presales, design)

🎯 Other SAP solution areas such as event-based or contract-based revenue accounting, S/4HANA Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing, Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), Treasury, or Concur

🎯 With SAP IBP or other supply chain planning solutions
