We’re now looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Finland and drive growth in our SAP & Data business.
What is the job like really? 🤔
This is a hybrid role combining new business and account development, with a clear emphasis on proactive customer acquisition. Your main goal is to open doors and turn opportunities into SAP and data-driven projects. You’ll work closely with our experts to shape solutions - from early discussions to proposals and closing deals.
You’ll know you’ve succeeded when new project starts are created, your pipeline stays active, and opportunities consistently move forward.
Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
☘️ Winning new customers: You identify and acquire new key customers - building trust and opening strategic opportunities.
☘️ Growing key accounts: You develop selected customer relationships into long-term partnerships and drive continuous growth.
☘️ Selling SAP & Data solutions: You understand customer business challenges and shape tailored SAP and data-driven solutions together with our experts - leveraging modern technologies, including AI.
☘️ Driving opportunities to closure: You lead the sales process from first conversations to proposals and closing, supported by our expert teams.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales professional with a strong background in ERP or solution sales, a growth mindset, and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
You bring a broader perspective - understanding how ERP, data, and digital solutions connect to real business value and Vincit’s wider offering.
Your background:
🎯 Strong ERP / solution sales experience: Proven track record in selling ERP or similar business-critical solutions and growing key accounts.
🎯 SAP knowledge (preferred): Experience with SAP solutions and ecosystem (e.g. S/4HANA, integrations, business processes) is considered a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
🎯 Data & analytics understanding: Good understanding of data platforms, data advisory, and analytics, with the ability to articulate how data and AI create real business impact.
🎯 New business mindset: You actively identify and pursue new opportunities and know how to open doors in target accounts.
🎯 Strategic account development: Ability to grow customer relationships into long-term partnerships with clear growth plans.
🎯 End-to-end sales capability: Experience managing the full sales cycle, including proposals and complex tenders.
🎯 Language & mobility: Fluent in Finnish and English, with flexibility to work across our offices (Helsinki & Tampere).
