We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Executive, SAP & Data to join our Sales team in Finland.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our Sales team in Finland. While the role places a strong emphasis on expertise in SAP and Data Advisory, the ideal candidate will also have a comprehensive understanding of Vincit’s full range of services and the ability to confidently contribute to sales across our entire portfolio.
In this position, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling solution proposals, and guiding customers through complex decision-making processes. You are adept at managing multifaceted solution sales, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that customer needs are translated into impactful and scalable solutions.
What are we looking for?
🎯 Proven experience in ERP/SAP Sales: Demonstrated senior-level track record in selling ERP solutions, particularly SAP, including success in winning and growing key customer accounts across both private and public sector clients. A good understanding of core SAP products and their business value, including various SAP modules, integrations, and their link to core business processes and production management. Strong knowledge of SAP’s modern cloud offerings, such as SAP S/4HANA, is essential.
🎯 Proven experience in Data Advisory & Analytics: Solid understanding of Data Advisory services, Data Platforms, and Advanced Analytics. Ability to articulate how a modern data foundation, together with AI, drives tangible ROI for business, enables new innovations, and enhances customer experience.
🎯 Growth Orientation & New Business: You are an ambitious, growth-oriented professional dedicated to identifying and acquiring new business opportunities from selected target customers.
🎯 Strategic Account Development: Ability to bring a clear vision and best practices for systematically transforming client relationships into genuine, long-term strategic partnerships.
🎯 Tendering and Project Acumen: Experienced in managing the entire sales cycle, including preparing detailed proposals, managing complex bid documents, and ensuring compliance, especially in public sector tendering.
🎯 Language and Mobility: Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish are required, along with the flexibility to travel to our offices, particularly in Helsinki and Tampere.
