What are we looking for?

We hope you’ve built real-life information systems from the ground up – not just written code, but helped shape something meaningful and functional. This is a hands-on full stack role with a slight backend emphasis.

🎯 Solid skills in Python, with experience in FastAPI or Django (we’re talking about at least 4–5 years of experience)

🎯 Experience in React or other modern frontend frameworks

🎯 Understanding of information system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)

🎯 Familiarity with relational databases, and ideally some experience with Node.js or Java

🎯 Interest or hands-on experience in AI-driven development and language models

🎯 A team player mindset and ability to write clean, maintainable code

🎯 To ensure effective communication, including with Finnish-speaking customers, proficiency in both English and Finnish is essential for this role.

🎯 Experience working as a Scrum Master or in Scrum team facilitation is considered a strong plus.
