What is the job like really? 🤔
As a an experienced Senior Sales Executive in the public sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of both Vincit and our public sector customers. Drawing on your extensive track record in public sector sales, you will help organizations harness digitalization, data, and AI to create measurable value for citizens and society. You will cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with public sector decision-makers, advising them on how to fully leverage modern technologies within the framework of public procurement. With your deep knowledge of the sector, proven success in complex sales cycles, and strong understanding of digital business, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor — guiding customers from vision to implementation. You will manage a select portfolio of public sector accounts, balancing the pursuit of new opportunities with the nurturing of long-term, strategic partnerships
What are we looking for?
🎯 Growth-Oriented: You will drive growth by focusing your efforts on acquiring new business opportunities from selected customers.
🎯 Proven Public Sector Sales Experience: Senior-level track record in IT/digital consultancy sales to public organizations, with success in winning and growing complex accounts and navigating Finnish public procurement frameworks.
🎯 Strategic Account Leadership: You bring best practices and a vision for how to strategically and systematically grow into genuine partnerships with our customers.
🎯 Understanding of Modern Digital and Data Consultancy: You understand and can discuss how data, AI, and digital technologies can drive business efficiencies, enable new innovations in products and services, and enhance the customer experience.
🎯 Project Management & Tendering Skills: Experienced in preparing detailed proposals, bid documents, and presentations with accuracy and compliance.
🎯 Language Proficiency and Flexibility: Fluent communication in both English and Finnish, with the flexibility to travel to our offices, especially in Helsinki and Tampere.
