What is the job like really? 🤔
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the growth of both Vincit and our customers. Your job is to help our customers turn digital into business results. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, consulting them on how to take full advantage of digitalization. With your industry expertise and knowledge of digital business, you will be able to convince your clients and act as a strategic advisor to them. You will focus on your selected customer portfolio, which may include a combination of new and existing Vincit customers, depending on your ambitions.
What are we looking for?
🎯 Growth-Oriented: You will drive growth by focusing your efforts on acquiring new business opportunities from selected customers.
🎯 Experience in IT Consulting Sales: You have a proven track record in digital consultancy sales to large corporate customers, leading a customer portfolio worth millions of euros.
🎯 Strategic Account Leadership: You bring best practices and a vision for how to strategically and systematically grow into genuine partnerships with our customers.
🎯 Understanding of Modern Digital and Data Consultancy: You understand and can discuss how data, AI, and digital technologies can drive business efficiencies, enable new innovations in products and services, and enhance the customer experience.
🎯 Industry-Specific Knowledge: Expertise in specific industries (such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, etc.) is highly advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific nuances.
🎯 Language Proficiency and Flexibility: Fluent communication in both English and Finnish, with the flexibility to travel to various Vincit locations, particularly in Helsinki and Tampere.
