We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to join our Services & Public sales team at Vincit!
Bring your energy, leadership, and strategic mindset to help us grow. In this role, you’ll lead and empower a high-performing sales team—driving pipeline growth, executing strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating across all areas of our business. You’ll also manage a select portfolio of 2–3 key accounts, keeping you close to the action.

Key responsibilities:
💫 Lead and develop the sales team, driving both individual growth and collective success.
💫 Oversee pipeline management and sales performance, ensuring alignment with targets and business objectives.
💫 Support daily collaboration with Business Areas, aligning sales activities with strategic priorities.
💫 Partner with marketing to strengthen lead generation and execute effective ABM initiatives.
💫 Cultivate a positive team culture that promotes engagement, motivation, and employee satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
🎯 Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally within B2B IT services.
🎯 Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales leadership and execution.
🎯 Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams around common goals.
🎯 Genuine passion for coaching and mentoring, with a focus on enabling others to succeed.
🎯 Data-driven and analytical, using insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
🎯 Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
KPIs for success:
📈 Your performance will be measured by closed sales and revenue, including results from your own account portfolio.
📢 You’ll report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, Mika Immo, and play a key role in driving Vincit’s sales success forward.
