Want to shape the architecture of software that keeps Finland’s industries running?

We’re looking for an experienced Architect-Level Full Stack Developer to join our VincitEAM product development team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and build scalable, high-quality features across the entire stack – and take ownership of architectural decisions that define the future of our enterprise asset management system.

What will you do?

✅ Design and implement key features from C#/.NET backend to JavaScript/TypeScript front-end (with HTML, CSS and jQuery)

✅ Evolve the system architecture to ensure configurability replaces custom tailoring

✅ Make thoughtful technical design decisions that balance scalability, usability, and maintainability

✅ Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex asset management tasks

✅ Write clean, testable code supported by unit and integration testing

✅ Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to translate real-world needs into elegant solutions

✅ Mentor team members through code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge sharing

✅ Learn and apply M-Files technologies when needed

✅ Continuously improve the system based on user feedback and usage data

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a senior developer with the skills to build and the perspective to design systems that last. You enjoy being hands-on, but also understand the broader technical landscape.

Core skills we value:

🎯 Extensive experience in full-stack development with C# / .NET, SQL Server / T-SQL, and DevOps practices

🎯 Strong front-end skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML & CSS, and familiarity with jQuery

🎯 Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles

🎯 Experience with unit and integration testing

🎯 Ability to collaborate across disciplines – both technical and non-technical

🎯 Fluency in Finnish and English

Bonus points for:

🎯 Experience with Android development (Kotlin + Android Studio)

🎯 Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture principles (e.g. TOGAF)

🎯 Background in product development or business-critical systems

🎯 Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
