As a PIM Lead Consultant, you know your customer and understand their business needs. You actively interact and collaborate with them to plan their development roadmap, which can be realized through Vincit’s offering. You'll work both independently and together with other professionals in complex customer projects (both roll-out and support) and get to dive deep with your expertise. We work with Top200 customer segment. Our projects can be demanding, but you'll be able to handle that together with your future teammates as they are at the top of their game.

Key responsibilities:

💫 Oversee the entire delivery process—from design and discovery to project build and ongoing support.

💫 Communicate with customers to understand their business needs.

💫 Design a suitable PIM-integrated architecture and project plan based on customer requirements.

💫 Lead project workshops.

💫 Execute technical PIM project implementation, either independently or with a team.

💫 Support pre-sales activities and identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions.

💫 Manage potential delivery scope changes and negotiate them with the customer.

What are we looking for?

We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better. The ideal candidate has:

🎯 Solid experience in delivering PIM solutions, understands business processes, and can translate customer needs into technical solutions.

🎯 Several years of experience with PIM platforms, such as Akeneo and Inriver. Knowledge of other core CX systems (eCommerce, ERP, OMS, CRM, MA, etc.) is a plus.

🎯 Experience in defining requirements and translating them into solution designs and technical tasks.

🎯 Experience in project management and preferably agile project delivery in a multi-vendor environment.

🎯 Ability to manage multiple project initiatives and work collectively.

🎯 Strong communication and presentation skills.

🎯 Fluency in both Finnish and English.
