We are looking for an experienced Test Specialist to join our fun-loving bunch and help us build outstanding solutions and better Mondays for our strategic customers.

What is the job like, really?

In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers, top-level developers, and other experts. As a Test Specialist, you’ll be the key player ensuring the quality of our solutions. You’ll apply modern methods and tools – including test automation and AI – to every project.

Our customer base and project scope are wide, ranging from small start-ups to global enterprises. Key responsibilities

✅ Lead the test strategy: Take ownership of test planning, coordination, and execution across projects.

✅  Drive test automation: Develop and maintain reliable test automation frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.

✅  Integrate testing into development: Plan and set up CI/CD pipelines and test environments, embedding quality directly into the software development lifecycle.

✅  Elevate quality standards: Continuously analyze test results, report defects, and lead the improvement of testing and quality assurance practices, both internally and with clients.

What are we looking for?

🎯 You have 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in test management, agile methodologies, and, most importantly, test automation.

🎯 You have hands-on experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD tools.

🎯 You can plan and manage testing activities based on customer needs and risks. You're adept at coaching and guiding project teams and clients on best practices for testing and quality assurance.

🎯 You have a strong command of various test management and software development tools.

🎯You can effectively communicate test results, quality concerns, and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in both English and Finnish is essential to effectively collaborate with our diverse client base.
