As a Commerce Business Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in strategic digital commerce consultancy for our Top 200 enterprise customers across industries such as brand companies, retail, wholesale, and manufacturing. Your focus will be on business development and advisory in the areas of digital commerce and digital transformation, helping clients grow their business and succeed in the highly competitive digital landscape. This involves helping our customers (both B2B & B2C/D2C) generate more leads, acquire new clients, and boost metrics such as buying frequency and average order value.
You will collaborate with customers to define business targets and develop growth strategies by leveraging their existing commerce solutions and, together with our solution architects, help our customers in mapping relevant value adding composable solutions into their commerce architecture. You will also work closely with our CX designers to ensure alignment with customer business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
💫 Help our clients discover growth opportunities by understanding their business goals, and identifying challenges and opportunities within their current strategies.
💫 Work closely with clients to develop data-driven growth strategies and actionable plans to optimize their digital channels and drive business growth and customer loyalty.
💫 Advise clients on understanding and tackling their business challenges and growth opportunities, ensuring they have the right tools and processes to implement actionable plans.
💫 Support clients in developing new business concepts and driving growth by aligning digital marketing, sales, and customer experience strategies with business objectives.
💫 Guide clients to drive omnichannel growth by advising them on the best ways to integrate technology into their operations
💫 Apply a growth-oriented mindset to help established businesses get started and gain traction within traditional organizations, supported by hands-on tactics to deliver measurable results.
What are we looking for?
We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better. The ideal candidate:
🎯 Has a deep understanding of concepts like lead generation, conversion, churn, customer lifetime value and loyalty, and you know how optimizing digital channels directly impacts these key metrics.
🎯 Has experience in business planning & development, and digital commerce consultancy.
🎯 Understands how to drive growth by identifying business challenges and opportunities, then creating and executing plans and tactics that deliver measurable results.
🎯 Has hands-on experience with digital marketing, sales, customer experience, and digital transformation processes and tools (such as ecom platforms, CDP, Marketing automation, CXP, Loyalty etc.)
🎯 Brings a problem-solving mindset, with a proven ability to help clients solve complex digital business problems.
🎯 Is comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating with diverse teams of experts to achieve common goals.
🎯 Experience working in/with digital B2B business is a bonus
